The HKS engineering and survey departments have extensive experience with roadway, utility, drainage, and site improvement projects for public clients on a variety of projects. We have provided services for public buildings, parks and open spaces. We are familiar with the governmental decision making and review process and the impact it has on project scope, schedule and budget. These processes are incorporated into our project approach and schedule to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
