John Stafford is a Principal and Project Manager at Harris Kocher Smith. He joined the company in 2006 as an intern and became a Project Manager in 2013. He oversees a variety of multi-family, single-family and commercial projects for the company. John has a broad range of experience in project management, technical design and administrative control on all phases of civil design projects.
