John O’Rourke is a Principal and Project Manager at Harris Kocher Smith. He leads the land development engineering teams and is especially familiar with all aspects of multi-family project planning and development. John joined the company in 2004 as an intern and became a Project Manager in 2011. He has designed and managed numerous commercial, single-family, multi-family and municipal projects for both private and public clients.
