Jerry Pugsley is the Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Field Services Manager for HKS Utility Services. He has 25+ years of experience in the utility locating industry. Jerry has provided utility field services for SUE projects including utility designation (locating), mapping and test holes to a wide range of clients throughout the Front Range of Colorado that include utility owners, government agencies and engineering design firms.
