George Smith (retired) is a co-founder of Harris Kocher Smith. He 40+ years of survey experience in Colorado and managed survey departments since 1981. George helped establish the survey department when he joined the company in 2003.He provided land surveying services for many public and private development projects. He retied in 2022.
